piaggio zip sp

hey guys.. Right few questions!
When my paiggio zip sp 2003 starts up it rides normally.. 5mions later it seem tos bog out asif the choke was on? Staving itself from fuel? What can this be

 

jetting or could need a new choke?

 

Hmmm i cleaned the carb! now i judt dunno.. what size jet will i need?

 

Completely standard just de restricted i think? I know the exhaust is but the air box has the brass plate in? havent check variator?

 

Dont think it will be anything else?

 

check fuel tap is working correctly,if you take fuel pipe off carb and petrolcomes ,it your tap causing problem,
this was same on neighbours scoot

 

i took the pipe off the carb and fuel pisses out so i gather thats ok! I'm going to order main jet and choke

 

if fuel pissing out when pipes off, the taps knackered change it, thats your problem

 

like if i took the the hose off the carb fuel judt drains out?

 

if it keeps coming out its nackered

 

just keeps coming! :L ordered one.. be here tomorrow
