piaggio zip slow off the mark when warm

any ideas greatly appreciated, as it getting boring now. Few details... 05 zip 50cc q tre exhaust, standard air box with sports filter can't remember roller weights! Main jet 68 . when it's cold it's great nice and nippy straight into power, but then as it gets up to temp it revs cleanly but it's like waiting for the power band. When it's up to speed it's not noticeable. Anyway thanks for your time

 

Up jet. Slightly lighter rollers may also be required.

 

Thanks for your thoughts I've played with the roller weights for ages now! Got them happy. think I might try bigger jet

shimmed variator, set carb screw to 1& 3/4 turns its not bad. well i can live it! think its the exhaust system different back pressure.. but what the f... do i know?! im the one asking for tips lol

yes mate. before it was like i was going up the transmission to quick and waiting for the engine to catch with power. if i went lighter on rollers top speed was only 40 to 45 and was revving its nuts off. i couldnt tell you how much ive shimmed it! enough:-D! !
