I have a Piaggio Zip Ac, Since I had the crash it has been playing up for one day it will run perfectly wheelieing off the line hitting 45-50 with no problems, But the next day it will be fine for 20 minutes then will start making strange noises and seems to be bogging down and looses all power and wont start again. If it does start it will idle for 20 seconds then die, I've checked for air leaks and engine problems and there's nothing Obvious I can see it had a new manifold air box and exhaust lately it's been jetted and has the correct rollers and a malossi clutch with the right springs I havn't had time to pull the engine apart as of yet. So any advice to what it could be would be greatfull.

    Thanks, Jon.

It's near impossible for someone to give an idea of what the problem is over the internet. If you crashed the bike it could be anything due to all the parts being under unusual stress.

    alot of shit
If its been on its side i would be striping and rebuilding the carb , pay close attention to the float height.
Other than that , check the connections all round, to cdi and ht lead is secure at both ends.

I had a similar problem on my zip once, turned out the carb gasket had disintergrated! So yeah definitley get the carb off, might be stuck floats too
