Piaggio zip problems

Hello, basically my glove box keeps opening evrytime I hit a bump. And trust me that's anoying and the other problem is my headlight doesn't light up anything it sucks what can I do about it?

 

Im guessing sack the glove box off, I did as mine had a similar issue...

The head lights are crap, get a 45/45w bulb, or a xenon replacement, not a million miles better but still will be an improvement...

 

my headlight is pants aswell.. not really much you can do other than get better bulbs. and why not tape it closed or something?

 

I fixed it with a hair band the catch wasn't staying down so used the hair band as a spring and it's fine now

had a similar issue when we reinstalled the glove box for the first time...it was a cable at the back trapping the hold close mechanism and stopping it engaging all the way...might be worth a look through the front air vents with a torch

 

No it just sits under a catch but nothing there to hold it shut but the band has worked a treat
