My piaggio zip 70 2t ac has a problem but I'm not sure what, when attempting to start it just keeps turning over, it's got a spark because I brought a fresh spark plug but I'm not sure if oil is getting to the carb, I have a 17.5 carb with I think a auto choke, would I be best cleaning this carb or buying a whole new 21mm carb? Would that fix the problem please help.
