Piaggio zip hi rev

    Does anyone know the corrct ratio for the idel screw on a piaggio zip sp 2003?
    alos i have fitted an manual choke and it reavs abit hight.. how can this be changed?

    That's what manual chokes do. Actually that's what all chokes do. You don't ride with a choke on.

    The idle screw should be set so the rear wheel is just spinning when on the stand.

    Cheers mate.. like 2turns then? obviously not! but when the chokes off it revs high!

    Are you sure the choke's installed correctly? Sounds like it's leaking

    i'm pretty sure it was just two bolts! unless it wasnt tighten enough

    i have been told its jetting! need to jet it as its getting too much air when the chokes off!
