    can anyone tell me quickly how to remove bars to get forks out of a 50 zip

    there is no pinch bolt its just like one blot straight down the tube cant see anythin else n tried beatin them off n they wont budge

    undoo the bolt in the middle.. hit with a hammer then pull the bars.. simple really

    if zip forks are anything like mine where, they might be seized.

    Mine took a good few hits with a hammer as well as a jack between the forks and handlebars in an attempt to separate them.

    it took me ages to get my zips handelbars off i didnt notice how they went on untill my dad said it was like a bycycle lol got them off in a jiffy when he told me lol what a dumb moment i had lol
