piaggio zip feels like something is draging?

hi im having problems with my piaggio zip when i accerlerate upto 25-30 mph its fine after that it bogs down and it feels like something is draging around by the transmission area,rear wheel,i dont think its the break as it freewheels fine when the break is applied and released,im thinking belt,rollers etc ive looked at the belt it looks ok,i havent checked the rollers as i dont have a tool to undo the variator,any ideas thanks

 

could be the brakes are sticking

 

i dont think its the brake it feels like something in tramsmission area,its coming from the left side thanks

 

open up your kickstart casing and have a look im sure youll find something

 

Is there any noises or is it just that it bogs down? Does the scooter have modifications i.e new pipe?
