Piaggio Zip Engine Re-build

I've just bought a piaggio zip AC off ebay , and im wanting to do an engine re-build on it. im pretty sure i no how to do it but im just a bit confused about changing / removing the piston, could some one do a video tutorial ? or something please :grin: .

there pretty easy to change the piston but engine rebuild isn't completely easy and theres quite a few video tutorials on youtube when u say engine rebuild do you mean a full engine rebuild ie splitting the cases...

 

no no not changing crank, just cylinder, piston etc. just top end rebuild

ahhhh thats not too difficult but you will need torun the engine in once done and if you search on youtube there are a few vids on doin this step by step and for info on running the top end in i would go to shiny reds website its explained on there
