piaggio zip 70kit and exhaust advice needed

    I have currently bought a piaggio zip 50 and im doing it up just for a bit of really but want it to be pretty powerful i now i wont get it going 70 - 80 mph without spending a tone but i am wanting a good strong kit that will have a good throttle response and a good bottom end and midrange im not really looking for relieblety but i am also wanting a good exhaust to match.

    I have heard that pmtuning 70 kit is quiet powerfull and the athena hp and hpr is good too but the main exhausts i have been looking at is stage 6 pro not the replica and yasuni c16 has anybody got any of these parts and how do they perform thanks for any advice in advance.

    youll find the yasuni c16 is a good pipe for 70cc's, its a high revving pipe thats quite powerful. all yasuni's also look smart, so you have that bonus too :good:

    athena HPR's are alright, wouldnt consider a HP personally. But really,if your spending that much you might aswell go all out and grab a polini kit or an Malossi MHR (if malossi do one for the zip, not sure on that?), theyll stay cooler and theyll have a longer life.

    as for reaching 70-80mph without spending a tonne of money - good luck! o_O

    Yes they do a mhr rep for a zip. Most tunable ped if i'm correct lol. Pm tuning pipes are shit. Get a Yasuni C16 Look at Mhr Rep Or Stage 6 Racing if you don't mind ring changes.

    dopler s7r is a good kit to use wiht the c16... its like an evo with sport timings, pritty tidy out the box too.... the airsal racing is also a good cheap kit. otherwise go for the mhr rep (similar to the above) or go all out on some quality polini/malossi parts. dont use a pm kit. there athena shit with pm cast ontop.. can get there 120 quid 70 kit for around 90 quid if you shop about. just wont have pm tuning on the side (yay)

    put basicly.. if you want to run the c16 pipe the airsal/dopler/mhr rep/polini ali are just about right for the rev range... all twin ring piston's (bar some of the polini ali's...) if you want to go to single ring and a harsher timmed kit you will need to up the anty pipe wise.. ie a c20, c21, rs 1200 ands so on. the stage 6 is a cheap option, the evo is amazing and the mhr is legendary.. if you want more the stage 6 rt is fucking good for the money, needs LOTS of work tho, also you need a longer conrod crank.. but i dont want to get into confusing things so ill leave it at that.
