    engine and transmission case are now painted and i now have a frame and a full set of panels which is gravy ;)
    and i have also flowed it with help and guidence from nibbles

    The engine

    when i got it.

    heres A setup its gonna be most likely this:

    * Malossi MHR Replica 70cc Cylinder Kit
    * Dellorto 21/25mm PHBG Race Carb
    * gieneli or Yasuni R Powerpipe Carbon Kevlar Silencer
    * Polini Super Speed Variator
    * stage6 HPC crank/ BGM crank
    * primary gear up kit
    * new clutch
    * new drive belt

    well the plan is first im getting it flowed (DONE) then im geting new crank and variator, then a primary gear up kit, new clutch new contra spring, and once thats all done a 70's kit and an exhaust.

    the engine looks quite grey in the picture but thats because of the flash on the camera.

    painted the tranny slightly differant shade of black to the cases but still good

    i have the frame and all panels now

    mods helped me with the wiring and then i labeled it all

    because you dont know how to resize them..

    theres a big thing at the top of the pictures.. says "image size" scale it down to 50%.. not hard is it.

    thumbnail img links on photobucket not only mean you have to click pics to actually see them properly, it takes SO LONG to load across the big ocean.

    imageshack BLOWS

    as uve split the cases i would DEFFO use a stronger crank (stage 6/pm cheep and good form what ive heard) and run a polini corsa, 25mm carb, and the rest of the goodies that goes with it. run a gear up and ul have enoth power to pull a true 70mph and get there sharpish. no need to flow if you dont no how, just bolt ons and it will be pulling like a train :pimp:

    ye build a fast bike you wont regret it :)
    ditch the sport kit get either the corsa or mhr rep
    move away from the gianelli too
    yasuni ftw
    or a pipe that could produce a bike with a better kit more power
