    Hello everyone,

I was thinking of buying an 80cc cylinder kit for my piaggio zip, but than I found out the original cylinder for piaggio zip 100 is much cheaper and I looked up the piaggio documentations about compatibility. Aparenlty both scooters have a hi-per4 engine inside and most of the parts are shared. I am still not 100% sure as I didn't find any1 that has attempted this.

Does anyone have any information about this or has attempted a simular project? I would appreciate all the info that you can provide.

    Thanks

Not heard that one before, that's a big increase - doubling the size of the engines original capacity. Wouldn't like to say if it's possible or not. Having said that I seem to recall someone doing a 50 to 125 conversion so I guess anything's possible within reason. Good luck if you attempt it buddy!

Figured out that the crankshaft is too short on a 50 for a 100 cylinder which makes it non cost effective
