Piaggio zip 50 new to tuning need help

Hello i bought a piaggio zip because i heard there fast, i have tuned my scooter with

polini sport cast iron 70cc kit
malossi variator and 5.5gram rollers
21mm carb off of a aprilia sr 125
straight inlet manifold
perfomance filter
polini torque spring
enkei reedblock
leo vince tt race pipe

any idea what jet im needing as im getting to much petrol mixed or not enough im unsure.

 

First of all, the TT is not a race pipe, its designed for standard 50's. And the sr125 carb is 20.5mm, either a dellorto or Mikuni VM20. Just to clear that up for ya!

Jetting will be trial & error, your running an open airfilter so jetting will be tricky.. It would be much easyier to setup with the standard airbox fitted, and the bike will be FASTER with the airbox.

ive changed my air mixture around and stuff and put in jet 82 size main jet and it seems better, would u suggest a new exhaust then ?
