Piaggio zip 50 2t won't start

2002 piaggio had it running turns it off went out about 3 hours later and it didn't start I've cleaned all the carb but it still won't start

 

have you checked for a spark also is the plug wet after you've tried to start it?.

 

Yeah done the obvious but still not starting?

 

take the plug out and tip a tiny bit of petrol in then refit plug and try it and see what it does

 

got fuel flow?

 

Gunna try putting petrol down first and yeah got fuel flow

 

check the plug, clean it up and gap it, then rest it against the head to check you've got a good spark whilst turning it over

Try some easy start down the inlet to see if it fires

 

check youve got oil, maybe your oil pump belt has snapped
