Depends on your Budget and how mad you want to go, You can build a reliable 70's engine with like 9bhp and 60mph or you could build a fire breathing race zip with 20+bhp but no reliability, I've got a TT on mine. It's a good budget pipe and goes well with polini sports.

If budgets not a problem then, then this is a good setup. Polini sport 70cc ac kit. Yasuni R 17.5mm carb, Polini variator, Polini Belt, Malossi fly clutch,Stage 6 drive face,Stage 6 gear up kit. I'm using this personally. Good for about 65.

No, Yasuni's never come with rollers/springs. You'll need roughly 5/5.5 gram rollers.

dont forget tho with the stage6 drive face you only have the kick start to start it as it doesnt work with electric start

If you're using a 70's, Electric start is useless on a Zip anyway :)

Might just go for the leovince tt! Not to sure, as they come with springs and rollers! Also go for a polini variator, polini belt and up jet it for now! But look wise, 65mm jack up kit in bluie, White body kit! Bar conversion, digi speedo, spray wheels bright orange! :p

Go have a look at the zip/nrg bike, It's my mates. Bar conversions are not easy. And wont pass a M.O.T. And tbh the rollers they come with are shit. I threw mine away. They wouldn't be the right ones with a Variator kit either.
