A direct replacement for the original 10" wheel is a Mc 2, (NOT Mc3) nrg wheel, 13" 3 bolt disc fitting and correct typhoon speedo drive and disc size. They are very hard to find in the uk but try ebay france, there's load's of them, search for NRG/typhoon or storm, just ask if they will send to UK? Here's two 13" front wheels on two my typhoons, my other typhoon uses a 12" front wheel.
