on the back of the transmission should be a plastic looking bolt with a grip for your fingers to grab on. thats where you fill it.

as for draining bolt it should be under the transmission right at the back.

If your scooter is the typhoon in your avatar, then there is no drain plug for the engine, it's a 2 stroke. The only engine oil is the 2t oil. You fill the 2t tank up once a week, or a least check it and don't wait for the light to come on!

2 stroke don't use engine oil , although u should check the hub oil every 2 3 months keeps the spindle lubricated it's at the back near the back wheel as someone already said , make sure u check it my back wheel completely seized once didn't noe about this  cab damaged te bearings , also I find if ur back wheel moves slightly side to side this could be the problem , be careful !!!

is this really true? i have piaggio typhoon 125 2t scooter. i have been looking for the engine oil drain for weeks now. does it mean no engine oil? is the 2t oil sufficient for the engine lubrication? please correct me on this.
