im not sure if you could go crazy power with a standard crank, but for nice power gain this is good,
i had the same kit on my yamaha bws with variator pm exhaust not 360 version,
i got 55-60 and the wheel would just lift afew inches just from throttle.

you want a Polini Sport 70cc Cylinder Kit cast iron

The Sport range of kits from Polini are perfect for anyone wanting to up the power of their road going scooter without effecting reliability or service intervals. Consisting of a cast iron cylinder that has a specific port timing to make power at a relatively low RPM like the standard 50cc cylinder making for an easy and useable setup on many exhaust systems. The piston still uses two rings for durability and the piston itself is of outstanding quality and designed to last for 1000's of miles. Supplied complete with an aluminium cylinder head and all necessary gaskets etc needed to fit. The Polini Sport kit is most likely the most hassle free cylinder kit on the market in terms of setup and durability giving great power gains without the need for big RPM

I have a Polini Corsa 70 on my 2 cycle Typhoon, which are on the expensive side, but has more power than a sport 70 kit.
I would get a sport iron, 2 ring cylinder, for a daily rider.....There are some very good ones out there....like DR, Polini, Top Performance......You will need at least a 17.5 carb, stiffer varo and clutch springs, a set of main jets, and advance the oil pump rate....and lighter rollers.....
Your sports pipe should be ok, if it's rated for a 70 also.......
Most of the good online shops are in the links section here......
Also, make sure you get all of the old metal parts out of your case!
