The bike was spares or repairs he said it didnt run and it just needed petrol then i did a rebuild on the engine found the pully was making a mark in the cranck arm swapped that out for a new one then the piston had the rings stuck in a bit so i free'd them up and put it back together with all new gaskets and it rides fine on the stand? Its weird ik its not the carb it works fine on my nrg

Can the piston and rings be doing this new kit? Maybe

    Rings yeah. Get them changed.
But a carb swapped between bikes is no indication on the carb being setup right or wrong, 2 identical motors can have different settings.

Well i tried 3 different carbs all set up to 70cc bikes i was thinking its the piston everything is good condition other than that so about the piston do malossi a/c piston work in a motoforce a/c kit because i cant find any motoforce pistons online lol

Errr I wouldn't know. If the bore size is right it will fit, but the crown to pin might be different, the skirt too. See if you can get some measurements before you buy one.

Go down on your main jet, could be running way too rich and bogging out.

Maybe its running super rich? Or the crankcase is full of oil?

I can get the bike to rev up so i imagine the oip would burn up if it was a lil
I have changed everything but the oil pump and i cleaned out the engine washed it out with petrol so i dont know why its got so much oil i will change the pump tomorrow maybe and let you know how it goes again
