I would try lighter rollers , sounds like you are getting into "high gear" too early also the stock runner pipe will be strangling the other mods , jet sounds about right.
How light mate i always believed the stock runner pipes where good on a typh always believed had to go lighter with a sports pipe? Also mate the airscrew how many turns should that actually be as a base guidliNe also put stock reedblock in now still no difference did have pd pipe on there but was way to loud so threw it on runner 172
I`d try 7.5 g and go from there , probably buying a set of several different weights be best way to go , say 7.5/8.5/and 9.5 then you can mix and match , i always turn air screw right in then out 1 1/2 turns and go from there 101 octane are a decent cheap roller for setting up then when right swop out for a top end brand
7.5g rollers for a 172cc aint them Sizes like not far off a 70 to 80cc bike or 100cc never known a runner 172 to ever be below a 9g setup?? My clutch bell is blue with shades of purple in aswel could be warped off heat which might be making clutch clip
