piaggio typhoon 125 non starter help needed

not shore if ive posted in the right place sorry if i ant

i have a piaggio typhoon 125 it blew up so i put a new piston and bore on it and blew it up again so i took it all apart clean everything out the crankcase put a new piston on and bore now it wont start its getting fuel and spark and it has loads of compression 160psi wont fire at all

hope someone can help really need to get it running

 

Sounds like bad mixture to me
