Piaggio typhoon 125 2t wiring loom help

Just got my engine and loom happy days
But need help with what goes here and where red wire goes ? Thanks

 

Right so think I know the red wire but would like someone to confirm
Two red go into regulator/rectifier one goes to Ignition the other the one in picture go to fuse holder that then go to battery
Want to make sure as there no fuse holder or battery lead
Is it simply missing ?
Or am I way off

 

Get some better pics up, that second pic look's like starter solenoid relay plug, is it 2 thick, 2 small wires?

 

alright marsh it two thick wires from regulator one goes to ignition and other is red wire I'm talking about thought starter motor solenoid one from motor one from battery il get some more pics tomorrow thanks

 

So got two thick reds coming from regulator one goes ignition switch other goes? The red I'm talking about has the tester in it not for starter motor solenoid ?

 

Not for starter solenoid as have red from battery to one side and one from starter motor and Green and black

 

But also still need to know what go here any help would be great also has tester in

Also have the mount fits nice in frame but about ten mm gap when go to engine needs spacer or for gilera as told gilera mount longer?

 

Best get a Haynes manual, it will have wiring diagram there !

 

Ok no worries what about the mount fits in frame lovely but when mount engine there's a ten mm gap on one side of mount have you got a measurement of hole long mount should be on engine side?

 

Does it require a spacer?

 

To be honest I don't know what you mean, if you have the engine/silent block/center spacer tube then it should fit !

 

I have engine and h mount and loom first build of a 125 typhoon need to get silent block mount made and arm from frame
But the h mount fits nice in frame but 10 mm gap when mount to engine

 

Centre spacer tube ?
I definitely need help with this?

 

Marsh I've seen your pictures of the silent block with the box tube just need to know I've got right h mount and if needs a spacer as the mount seem to long for engine ?

 

If I need a spacer what side of mount

 

If the engine is an SR then you'll need to replace engine bushes or a thin spacer on each side to centralize engine. The typhoon/ runner mount is the same width, only difference is runner is about 10mm longer front to back measurement. When you have the silent block and the spacer tube you may still need to space engine inside of engine bushes. !
The spacer tube is no longer available to buy new anymore !

just ordered spacer from inmoto Croydon there Bristol branch has a few in stock

 

Downloaded wiring diagram the white plug is flasher relay
I've ordered my silent block as well
Have you got a measurement for silent block ring so i can get one made
