hi all not been on for a while i have a nrg power with a problem heres how its set up 6.3 gram polini rollers Leo Vince tt exhaust still has the standed air box with a 75 main jet e clip at the top now the problem is when its cold it will pull off fine but once its wormed up you have to give it a push to get it going otherwise it will sit there and splutter and not move its very embarrassing when am at traffic lights and my mate has to give me a push to get me going but once its going its fine it will reach 45 to (50mph on a good day) and the air mixture screw has been pissed about with so i don't know where its ment to be set to its done 15000 miles and i think its never a piston and ring change it did have a malossi belt in so i changed it to a standed but that didnt help so i put a new ngk spark plug in still no change
Does it have stronger than stock clutch springs fitted? Rollers sound quite heavy too and the main jet sounds large for a stock air box.
everything is stock apart from the exhaust and them polini rollers. so what would u recommend tErr0 on main jet size and roller weights also how many turns out should mixture screw be and i will put a cheap pm tuning clutch in there only 25 quid cuz i cba to change the stock clutch springs
