PIAGGIO NRG POWER HAS BEEN THROUGH 4 CYLINDER KITS INN ONE YEAR

my piaggio nrg power dt has been through 4 cylinder kits in one year, they have all been naraku 70cc big bore kits, everything else is stock apart from giannelli exhaust

 

If everything else is stock, most shockingly being the carb then that's probably why. If it hasn't even been up jetted for a performance exhaust alone then it'll run hotter, let alone with a 70 kit

After the second kit you should have been asking what is wrong. Jet the carb up one size for the exhaust and up another size if you have a sports air filter.
