Piaggio NRG Power DT AC

Hello guys well i bought the bike a couple of months ago, however the guy's friend who im not at college with said he used cheep parts to get it sorted ready forsale, and he didnt really want the bike to cost him too much, now im the opposite, i want the bike to be reliable and have a good speed (Yeah right) Top speeds will top out at 45 on the flatt (not too bad) however he has been toying with it and i think he just broke everything

I think i should be okay, but is there any kind of special tools i should use to fit it other than sockets and spanners?
