Piaggio nrg kick start!

So I need some help on what exactly to do to improve my bike to starting first kick as it starts up, but I could be there for 5+ mins trying to kick start even when the choke is on it will do the same thing any ideas on where to start and what may be the issue will help massively thank you.

 

Get electric start working.

 

Got an issue with the electric start still trying to find out what is it lol haven’t really had the time to take the bike apart, but once I’ve got time I’m sure I’ll get down to fixing the electric start
