Piaggio NRG ignition help

Hey,

I've just bought a piaggio NRG 06 plate from a police auction, had my mates tinker with it but they're dumb and have broken/ lost some parts.

Now I need to buy some parts, I have these already apart from the part on the left

But I don't know where to buy the rest, also the part that attaches to the frame has gone walkies so need to find that too!

Any help would be appreciated sorry I'm not that smart when it comes to mopeds

Can't find any on eBay, not the part I need.
