Piaggio NRG DT 50 AC

    hi mate i need a lot of help to make my bike goes 80mph and if any people know how to do could you write a list of parts needed to hit 80mph cheer

    your avatar is a smidge to big ;)

    and for 80 mph,the cheapest way is to drop it off a cliff. other than that you need to spend a LOT of cash on it

    Pretty much can't be done on an AC. On a LC you will be looking at £2000-£3000 worth of parts.

    at a guess an ac172 with a gearup kit, pm55 and 25mm carb will prolly hit 80-90 clock speed

    that hits genuine 82mph :cool:
    cheaper then tuning a 50cc...

    and if you put that on something light like an nrg then 85+ shold be easy

    yeh deffo 125 it...cheaper than tuning a 50, and gonna be faster + more reliable

    now back to the question in hand (whole idea of this forum was to not say buy a 125" every 5 mins)

    so you will need both gear ups, a good crank/bearings/new waterpump, atleast spend £180 on a 70 kit, decent pipe, 25mm carb and match the lot. the case will need matching to the barrel as the transfer feeds on the proper 70 barrels are alot wider. also the stub needs to be matched along with a little case work to get the most out of the barrel. this will see 85mph
