Taken the ped out for the first time today, noticed the Speedo will read 0 when im very clearly not doing 0 its a digital Speedo. I thought it was just slow to respond. But it will drop to 0 while im steady awaythen catch back up?

    any one any ideas?

they only have to work above 15mph anyway... lowest speed limit in england is 20mph (well unless your in a 5mph zone, but these are usually private property, an everyone knows walking pace is around 5mph) so aslong as you get an accurate reading at 20mph through 60mph there fine..

it is the stock speedo yeah. i dont mind too much at low speeds. but it did do it down hill coming up to a speed camera :)

confusion, any idea where the sensor might be?

on the wheel? LOL will be a cable that runs down to the opposit side of the wheel to the brake (usually) pull the wheel off, clean or replace this, reassemble.

ok, been riding to and from work for 2 days, havent seen this crop up again, so either it hadnt liked being sat around, the rain cleared the sensor. or it doesnt like the rain. will keep an eye on it
