Hi I have a Nrg power 2010 it's got standard 50 cylinder on it race pipe and 21mm carb with a 90 jet. The problem I got is bogging on set off and kicks in after a minute but very bad on uphill as can't kick in just bogs up them, and I tried to fit standard air filter but won't go right at all from setting off it just bogs I put a malossi sponge in and still the same result do I need smaller jet or could it be something else like belt, rollers

    standard 50cc with a 21mm carb?????
    Get rid.
Put your 17.5 back on, re-jet to suit the pipe.

Stop what your doing your flooding the engine, you need go back to 17.5mm carb and put 58 jet in it that plenty for that set up go for 4.5gram rollers keep power band up. You want strong clutch spring hold back for better take off stick with standard air box.

totally agree... standard airbox is where its at, you can ride in the rain, its quiet, easy to change the filter, less maintance, better performance....
