Piaggio NRG 57 plate setup and jetting tuning

i have a 57 plate nrg has a malosi sport 70 kit,malossi delta clutch with red springs and malosi contra spring fittted ,zx pipe, and a 19mm carb with 95 jet and airbox, un sure if it has the multi variator as cant get nut of to se and 5.5 gram rolers


basicaly when i ride it it sems to get to 50 and sttrugle or sort of mis fire id say any help on this wil be changing zx for a yasuni c16

could be jetted too rich....95 jet is a little on the large side for an air box :glare:

what airbox are you using, the later air boxes are air restricted, and need modding to flow well...the earlier triangle shaped air boxes are much better

failing that it could be an electrical/ignition fault, a worn or fouled spark plug maybe..

using the airbox it came with jeting sems to make litle diference as tried it with 92 to 95 ges beter with the 95 and loking to change pipe for a yasuni c16
