hi there im new to tunning and moped i got my 2002 nrg very cheap £175 only 6000miles its had a LEO VINCE TT exhuste fitted and was standing for 2 years i changed petrol ans oil spark plug and when i first start the it only revs to about 6000 revs and sound like is bogging then about 2 mins after a warm up the revs got to the max and run normal after that ? do the jets need a clean or carb tunning or big or smller jet ? also its got a slow accelaration take off about 4600 revs is this normal ? thanks a lot hope you can hlep me
Why do you want to rev it before it's warmed up? You will only accelerate wear. Check the rollers to see if they are squared off.
maybe the previous owner didnt fit lighter rollers and stiffer clutch springs when he fitted the leo TT

thank i cant get the case off to have a look a thr rollers as the spoon who had ot befor me rounded 2 off ideas on that? also its running very rich iv played about witht he carb im about 1.5 turns out ! do you think its the jet need replacing if so up or down jet thanks
