my bikes got a aluminium doppler 70cc kit standard crankshaft gears and variator, pm tuning reeds 21mm carb and race filter, its recently not enjoyed starting atall and has no power and then will stop when it gets to warm, it sounds like a sparking problem when im driving and it apears to be like a seizing problem but i couldnt see any seizing marks on the bore, any thoughts?
theres no marks on the piston that suggest ring failure... not to mention you cant get rings for the doppler 70cc bore how could i find out without stripping the case?
Compression ? really what I do with my ali kit is, take a measurment of the ring before I run it, then when I want to check it to see if it's warn down....
