piaggio / gilera rear 125 suspention bush

could anyone tell me the best way of removing and fitted this rear bush ive done the old ones in the passed but never the newer metal out type any advice would be a great help dont want to mess up the mount ]

 

Pretty much the same process. Seems like heat could help if youre struggling (eg bearings) but personally I stick with the rubber ones as they're the same size and a lot more forgiving
