Ok, been working on a runner for a member of the forum (runner), i fitted a 20.5mm carb from a 125 and a manual choke to ensure the choke fully closes. the bike seemed to run ok but bogged slightly so after re-jetting it it seemed about right. after this we decided to fit an open filter and the bike flew (upjetted by 2 sizes) the problem is, in the wet a week or so ago the bike cut out, so i came out and had a look at it, cleaned the plug up, spun the motor over to get rid of excess water if it had taken any in and finally managed to get it to start. we re-fitted the airbox but periodically the bike still cuts out and wont re-start for love nor money, could anyone shed any light on this situation? i'm beggining to suspect crank seals.
