Piaggio 180 2t not charging

Hey guys.... It's been a while... Anyhow I have a 2t piaggio AC motor with runner LC cdi,stator.... Everything runs but I'm not getting a charge.... After about an hour of riding or so my battery is completely drained... With a volt meter I get no jump in voltage wen the bike is on but I do not know where to start... Any input would be much appreciated....

 

Replace the stator and or the voltage regulator if your not getting 13.5 volt at the battery.

 

when i changed mine from ac to lc i noticed that the pick up on the ac had one wire coming from it an the lc had 2 mayb thats something to check
