Bros r6, not sure whether he wants illuminous orange on the silver panel and rimtape. Can someone have a go?

wont that look really random jeff, it will only be one orange fairing (bar the rim tape), and really stand out,

where the silver goes with any thing metal on the bike

 

weird, maybe get orange wheels and other orange details to make it fit in but rather keep that the same?

 

i suppose the silver is a bit random aswell doe

 

not really,
the silver and black go as opposites,
and the silver goes with all the metal detail, from the exhaust to the fork legs, rear sets etc, doesn't the r6 have gold forks on all the other colours bar this one too?.
so Yamaha have even made attempt to make it all coordinated

 

I've told him he shouldn't but he won't listen to me.

It is random yeah n I don't think it will look right. But he wants something that stands out, black is just like a 'in the background' bike, I just say it's stealth

I tryed doing it for you mate, the silver panel is fine

But the rim tape is hard to do will take hours, Considering im not on my mac thats another problem... PC is shit for media and graphic design,,

 

how much is a paint job likely to cost?,
he could get a set of new race rep fairings or something jeff is he really wants to stand out?



i agree with you tho, i think all black gives the stealth looks,
id drop the silver fairing for a load of carbon personal

Well I sprayed them yesterday as he wanted it done for Brighton run. Still to put front rim tape on. What ya think?

Needs to orange/black sticker elsewhere on the bike but is quite smart :thumbsup:

Yeah I'm beginning to like it too. Already decided on a few other orange bits. Came home tonight to find he has done the front rim tape and it does look preety good, better in the flesh. So I'll keep this posted for those interested ay stig :lol:

Oi Jeff where did u get that Orange paint From Coz DAMN!!!!!! Thats a sweet Orange and looks Sooooooo nice on the R6, i think i mite b goin 4 a White n Orange paint scheme 4 the Runner now :grin: :grin: :grin:
