Peugeot Vclic keeps cutting out

I have a Vclic 50cc. It has started to cut out after running for 10 or so minutes. Everything will go off when it does. Normally it will start up 10 minutes later. Today I couldn't get it started again. So I took the spark plug out and it was solidified on the ends with a silver type of metal (see photo). I took some of metal off but you can still see in pictures. Any ideas?

Has it got any oil in the engine.

 

Yes when I look at the oil level on the measure it is correct?

 

Look's like it's running very hot !

 

How do I resolve that?

 

Do a compression test, then whip the top end off. There's something seriously wrong there.
