Hi. Just wondered if anyone can help. I've recently bought a Speedfight1 50cc. It starts fine on its stand and sounds fine. When i open the throttle the back wheel spins, but it has no power. I can stop the wheel with my hand! When off of the stand the bike hardly moves at all! Thanks
Thanks for fast reply. I've got new rollers for it. I've taken the crank casing off, but can't seem to undo the nut on the variator. It doesn't seem to want to budge at all! Clutch belt seems fine.
hi there just been reading the forum and my bike has the exact same problem have you fixed it yet as im stuck on what to do i have cleared the carb re jetted it, brought a sports exhaust and when i start it on the stand it spins and runs fine but when its off the stand and under load theres nothing it doesnt even move
Hi. Check your piston rings. Taken mine apart and they were both broken. With no piston rings there's no compression. That's why my bike had no power... Regards Maria.
