Peugeot Speedfight 4 deristricting

I'm looking towards deristricting my scooter, but haven't found any info online whatsoever about where are the restrictors, can someone fill me in where they are and how to remove them?
The scooter is the 2t lc model.

If I recall its the vario and the cdi has a limiter.

 

What about the carb and exhaust? do they have limiters aswell (like aprilia's sr50's) or only in the vario and cdi?

 

The exhaust will be restricted for eu emission regulations, but not the carb

 

I've just bought one which is being derestrictied for me when it is delivered. I believe from what I was told, the restrictions are in the form of the exhaust, the variator and the carb.
