peugeot speedfight 2002 starting problem

hi guys i just brought a 2002 speedfight today, it was all working mint when i went to see it. but the problem that i have is the electric start isnt working now and when the bike is started via the kick start the horn works and lights but the indicaors dont work. unfortunatly i dont have a warranty. but could it be the cold weather doing it? or is it a loose conection some where? if so where? or could it be a fuse? i so where are the fusses? or could it be a relay? if so where is the relay?

i have just gone to the bike to start it agin but it doesnt start from electric starto but i have just started the bike with the kickstart and it starts, i then fought i would test things to see what is working and what isnt working so you guys could help me a bit more, the fuel gauge isnt working as i have petrol in there and it is saying it is empty also the indicators are not working, the break lights are not workin(whichcould be why my electric start isnt working) i dont know about my spedo as there as about 6 inch of snow and ice lol so dont really want to drive it at the moment. the things that are woring is my normal beam and high beam front lights my rear light with the light and my horn i will be going out in a moment so can not check the fuses etc untill later, but is that what you uys think t is?

i have just check the battery connections and they are fine i have just checked the fuse and that seems to be fine, it is a 7.5 is that the right size? and how many fuses are meant to be on it?
any suggestions on what it could be please help.
