Peugeot Looxor 100 cc oil pump volume check

I have finished my engine rebuild on this 2 stroke Looxor and it runs great but I suspect that the oil pump flow is on the lean side. I have set up the bike to test the oil pump flow but I don't know what the volume should be at idle and how do I check the volume at higher revs when I don't have a rev counter? Any ideas?

 

You don't need a rev counter, there should be an adjuster on the pump cable to richen it up a little.
