    whoa there Dibs

first off yes you MUST drain the coolant from the negine before removing the pump system .
as for removal the very best place for this is your good old Peugeot blaster ludix manual by Haynes , fully documented with images to help new and pro builders maintain there rides.

( i own a haynes for my scoot and its a god send ;) well worth the £20 price )

I cant see any value in a stage 6 racing water pump, it does what it says and pumps water. Any cheap after market replacement will do the job. When i say cheap you wont get much change from £90 if you buy new. Ive never tried repairing a blaster pump. Drain the radiators so the system is empty, remove the pipes from the pump and take the whole unit off. Open it up and try to see why its rattling.
