Petrol Leak

Hey guys having problem with my scooter put new air filter on bike, changed jet and obviously being a tit i over tightened screw on float bowl and cracked corner causing too leak so i used this speak glue to bodge together and worked and still leaking but now it seems the bowl isnt sealing properly here vid of how bad leak shows at end

 

forgot to mention would i be able to make a gasket to seal parts together would this stop leaking?

 

probs not as the petrol will disolve it ....i would get a mallosi 1 for £15 and you dont have to take the float bowl apart to change jet it just unscrews and is also see through....look on mallosi site or ask psn to order u 1 in ...av got 1 on order

 

Cheers callum Ill have a look could do will one of them handy instead of taking full thing off could you send link for that float bowl?

 

Malossi is only for the 25 and 28?

If you cracked the bowl it will more than likely never seal properly

 

i had a look on pedparts and i found this dellerto one for £10 looks like this should fit my tnt carb

That is news to me i thought they only did them in PHBL and PHBG flavour. They do 21mm PHBGs but theyre the (expensive) black race ones

 

try to find from a dumped scooter or something doesnt worth giving 10 quid for a freaking box!

 

i got a new float bowl off pm tuning it came and decided to still leak so i went and got some blue gasket sealer and stopped the leak got it all set up and now cut out and wont start if you can help check the workshop area

 

Who set it up ..and u checked all the ovbs things
