performance exhaust issue HELP!

    I just recently bought and installed a pedmoto series 1 exhaust and the 4 gram rollers it came with now my moped takes a while to engage and take off from a stop its dangerous at roundabouts any help would be nice oh and my bikes a 2004 aprilia sr50 ditech fuel injected so it doesent use a carb cheers.

    You might need to try a few more roller weight's to find out what work's for you, are you big boned or 7 stone wringing wet? Trying different weight's and use what work's. Is your scooter de-restricted? And yes this is another serious answer!

    did you fit stiffer clutch springs when you chnged the exhaust?

    No i dident fit different clutch springs thats what im going to try tomorrow when i can get some ! hopefully will sort my problem out, and marsh i only used what came with the exhaust which was 4 gram and i think standard was 7 gram i dont think its the rollers sounds like the springs but im not sure its doing my head in lol

    The roller weights are probably too low and take too long to start changing the variator try about 5.5 and don't mess with the clutch springs until you try heavier weights.
