it musta been when we went to mac d's in colindale then lee? sorry, sometime my crazy driving gets abit out of hand :emb:
i had 2 of them a while ago, on the same spot on different days, the first one took so long to come through that i didn't know it wasn't allowed on that road so done it again on the following day, then got two penalties through my door a week later, bastartds!
you say driving, were you on a bike or in the car? on a bike i'm sure it's legal to use a bus lane. there was a law passed at the begginning of last year, around the same time as the dark visor laws were changed to allow them in bright daylight.
yeh your right their wobbly. is legal to ride in a bus lane on a bike now. was in mcn aswell, get in touch with the twats.
yeh i was on my scooter. i was barely in the lane, it was like you know as a normal lane gradients into a buslane, i stayed on the edge of it for about 20 metres, its a fucking joke. :rtfm:
http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/roads/tpm/tal ... ?version=2 Bikers given bus lane privileges A pilot scheme allowing motorcyclists to use bus lanes is being tested out on two main routes into Derby. City council officials say if it is successful at reducing congestion and improving traffic flows it will be extended to other roads. It is being trialled on the bus lanes which run along Uttoxeter New Road and Nottingham Road. The aim is also to get more commuters and other road users to consider using motorbikes or scooters. Stan Werbinski, from the council, said: "We've got to remember that bus lanes are for buses, taxis and pedal cyclists. "We aren't trying to run before we can walk - it is just in two at the moment. "We're going to monitor it more closely and monitor the impact on buses and on other more vulnerable bus users and pedestrians who want to cross bus lanes." unfortunately still in it's pilot stages, although i would look hard into getting away from that one saying you'd had to move into the buslane due to the uneven road surface.
That sucks mate damm fuckers always getting money no matter how. Wobbly, do you know if the law for blacked out visors effects a variety? or just "tinted black" as i have this and would be curious to see if it was actually legal/illegal
the bike lane scheme was only for particular bus lanes not all of them plus its finished now and they rigged the fucker anyway :w00t:
