PedParts do they respond to emails

I recently ordered some parts from them one being a service kit for a dellorto carb Carb Repair Kit for Dellorto PHVA, PHVB the part came branded motoforce which I think the kit is for motoforce phva carbs not dellorto as the float is different also the pin is shorter and not spring loaded like the two dellorto carbs I have.I contacted pedparts to question this on Wednesday last week,Andy came back to me to say they have a different supplier and someone would come back to me the next day at the latest,as they didn't bother to get back to me on Friday afternoon I emailed them again also Saturday and Monday guess what no reply.

 

Type in pedparts into the forum search bar. That's why I don't use them and would rather order through a local shop who charge the same but will deal with all the stuff like this swiftly.

the last one I was supplied with a round gasket not one like this with the little bit inside

But just waiting for andy to get back after they have checked the pics,but have said I have another card on my other nrg which is exactly the same and will take pics of the two of them side by side and the bits out of them

 

Well recieved another float kit from Andy today same part number on the package but different float pin and float, go figure but all is fine.
