Hi, I was running air filter 88 jet on my NRG POWER.. and it was really wet like REALLY.. so I got home and I went in.. went to go out again like hour later started my ped and went out my road I started throttling and it was backfiring and wasnt moving on full throttle or quarter.. so I got home puit 62 jet in and standard airbox and now it wont start! Any ideas asap..? Thanks!
water logged probably, thats why it was backfiring, just clean carb and dry filter, then just let it dry for abit, and try it again tomorrow or later.
i had the same problem, except for it being wet and all, turned out my rings were fucked so i was gettting blowback past the rings and straigh out the exhaust port, assuming it happend during the wet its most likely just a carbuerattion problem tho...clean your filter thoroughly, and leave to dry then replace the old jet....and the clean filter and see if it gets any better.
sounds like damaged reed's or oil seals but because it was wet the engine will probably just be full of water... white smoke means theres water in there.
clean out your carb an dry yourt filter... while the carbs off bung 20ml of oil in the manifold and reassemble.. then keep kicking an let it idle till it runs smooth..
Take the trans case off and make sure everything is on tight and in the right place... You could seriously fuck it up while riding if its not
