Is this good, and why is it so cheap?

I thought it sounds in great condition, so i emailed saying i will give him £300 if he delivers
But i want to know why its so cheap..maybe stolen you think?? or can he prove its not?

Miles not really matter does it? Aslong as it ok for a 16year old to ride and is in good condition init

They stopped making them shape runners about 3 or 4 years ago.
