ive got a speedfight, i ceased first engine, second engine never ran and eventually cracked so i bought a third new engine that was guarenteed to run as i seen it running before i bought it. put it in my speedy and it will not start, when i put a jumpstarter on it, the engine turns over quite slow and when i kick it, it turns it over but doesnt start it. Spent too much on this pile of crap now i just want it sorted so if anyone has any clue what it could be then help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks people o_O

If youve had 3 different engines, id scrap the whole ped, speedfights arent very good anyway, but if you want to keep it just get a new wiring loom.

hmm, if i were you id get rid of the speedfight, sell as much of it as possible, and get a used yamaha/suzuki/honda anything under those brand names are usually cheap and good.

looks arent everything if they dont go :p

but id say its something with the wiring or cdi, if youve been through 3 engines and none of them have worked.

ive had a few pugs over the years and had no probs and used to think they were ok, a mate of mine who was a mechanical sprout had a speedy 100 and buggered it up constantly but he was forever pissing about with it. i am a senior bike tech but work on the principal "if it's not broke don't fix it" and probably the reason i had no probs.
don't take this the wrong way but if you are constantly pulling the thing apart for no reasons then they arn't that well put together and panels, screws and fixings are going to wear out.the wiring on the things isn't great either.

well my neighbour is a bike and scooter mechanic and he changed the parts for me and yeah i know wirings crap, its already burnt the earth cable, but i repaired it. And i keep taking apart to change parts that have been suggested to me as maybe a fault. Got it to turn over properly and start, but it just misfires for about 30secs then cuts out

Did you try a new plug? Sounds like the ceramic is cracked?! , as the ped warms up, the crack opens up and the plug shorts to earth.
